Still more congratulations
The Gaylactic Spectrum Awards site isn't updated yet, but the winners were announced this weekend. Nobody seems to have blogged the results yet, but I'm sure they'll be posted on the official site soon. For now, I'll just note that Nalo Hopkinson's The Salt Roads won in the novel category, and Barth Anderson's "Lark Till Dawn, Princess" (from Mojo: Conjure Stories) won in the short fiction category. The shortlist in the short-fiction category also pleased me: it includes two SH stories, Tim's "Living with the Harpy" and Beth Bernobich's "Poison." Also several other stories by SH contributors, but I really need to go sleep, so I'll stop here.
