Half an hour from now, at 5 p.m. Pacific time, will be the spring equinox, the official start of spring.
I'm not feeling terribly springy today, though, so I'll just refer to last year's spring entry for the usual rendition of Swinburne, Horace, et alia.
Winter's rains and ruins ain't over this year. And, yeah, "altered is the fashion of the earth." But at least the sun is out, at least where I am. I'm thankful for what I can get.
