Cheering me up

I have just enough time to post two things that cheered me up last night and this morning, before I run off to work:

  • Tim's "in my pants" iTunes meme. I tried it and got some entertaining results, but I don't have time to post 'em right now. See also two of my old Words & Stuff columns: HHH: House Rules and III: Don't Put It in Your Mouth.
  • Blendie 2000—a blender you can talk with, if you learn its language. If you have the bandwidth, the 5MB QuickTime movie is totally worth watching. (Thanks, Viva!)

Btw, after staying up past 3 a.m. last night working on my taxes, I decided to file for an extension. Should make today much more manageable.

    “In my pants” reminds me of Star Wars Pants, in which one word in each of various Star Wars quotes is replaced by “pants”. (Ugly web page, sorry.)
