It was fourteen years ago today…
...that I first met Mary Anne, at the 1997 Westercon in Seattle.
That was also the day that I first met Cat F. I think I still haven't told that story here. Some day.
Anyway, those two meetings have made me inordinately fond of the Fourth of July ever since.
