I've just updated my marriage-equality status and news page for the first time in the past week. Updates include:

Missouri

Couples in St. Louis are now getting married, though appeals are still pending.

Kansas

Federal judge rules in favor of equality, but stays ruling until 11 November to allow state to appeal. (The appeal will be to the 10th Circuit court of appeals, which has already ruled in favor of equality, so the appeal seems unlikely to succeed.)

Florida

Judge retains the stay preventing marriage until 5 January.

Puerto Rico

Lambda Legal appeals anti-equality ruling to 1st Circuit.
