My father, Peter Hartman, was killed in March of 2005, at the age of 65.

A couple of years later, I started this blog as a way for family to post memories of Peter, and anecdotes about him, and other material.

We’ve gone through periods of posting regularly, and periods of no posts at all. At some point, I hope to add more material here: letters that Peter wrote, photos (or links to a photo site elsewhere), and more.

But for now, this is just a kind of haphazard blog in which we remember Peter.
