Fake guidelines contest
Somehow I missed this when it was announced: the online semiprozine Neverary is having a contest for fake submission guidelines for an imaginary anthology.
The sample entry they provide is for an imaginary anthology of stories about "phrenology and/or trepanning"; I don't know if I can come up with anything better than that.
