1976, February 22: Letter from Jay to G&H
Handwritten by Jay in a green thin marker or thick pen, on unlined paper. (The lines of text are impressively straight given the lack of ruled lines on the paper; I don’t think I had yet written them a letter without ruled lines to keep my text straight.) At some point, Helen added a date: “Feb 22 ’76 (6 yrs old).”

(The S at the end of the word TRiCKS is written backwards; given that the rest of the Ss in the letter are forward, I suspect that was intentional.)
